【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoelectricdeep-fatfryersforhouseholdusewithacapacityofupto4Iofoilorfat.Thepurposeofthisstandardistostateanddefinetheprincipalperformancecharacter-isticsofdeep-fatfryerswhichareofinteresttotheuser,todescribetestmethodsformeasuringthesecharacteristicsandtogivesomeguidelinesfortheevaluationofthetestresults.Takingintoaccountthelowdegreeofaccuracyandrepeatability,duetovariationsintimeandoriginoftestmaterialsandingredientsandtotheinfluenceofthesubjectivejudge-mentoftestoperators,thedescribedtestmethodsmaybeappliedmorereliablyforcomparativetestingofanumberofappliancesatapproximatelythesametime,inthesamelaboratory,bythesameoperatorandwiththesameutensils,ratherthanforthetestingofsingleappliancesindifferentlaboratories.
