【摘要】:ISO10110specifiesthepresentationofdesignandfunctionalrequirementsforopticalelementsandsys-temsintechnicaldrawingsusedformanufacturingandinspection.ThispartofISO10110specifiesrulesforindicatingthetoleranceforsurfaceform.NOTE1Theterminologyofinterferometryisusedforthespecificationoftolerances,andinparticular,fortheunitsinwhichthetolerancesaretobespecified;however,thisdoesnotstipulatethatonlyinterferometricmethodsmaybeusedfortheactualtestingofopticalparts.Other,non-interferometricmethodsmaybeusediftheresultsareconvertedtotheunitsspecifiedhere.ThispartofISO10110appliestosurfacesofbothsphericalandasphericform.NOTE2ISO10110-12allowsthesurfaceformtoleranceforasphericsurfacestobespecifiedwithoutreferencetothispartofISO10110.AnnexesAandBdescribemethodsfordeterminingthetypesofsurfaceformdeviation.AnnexCad-dressesthephysicalsignificanceofthermsmeasuresofsurfaceformdeviations.
