【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728isapplicabletoanycablenetwork(includingindividualreceivingsystems)havingintheforwardpathacoaxialcableoutputandprimarilyintendedfortelevisionandsoundsignalsoperatingbetweenabout30MHzand3000MHz.Thisstandardspecifiesthebasicmethodsofmeasurementoftheoperationalcharacteristicsofcablenetworkhavingcoaxialcableoutputsinordertoassesslheperformanceofthesesystemsandtheirperformancelimits.AIlrequirementsrefertotheperformancelimits,whichshallbeobtainedbetweentheinput(s)totheheadendorheadendsandanysystemoutletwhenterminatedinaresistanceequaltothenominalloadimpedanceoffhesystem.unlessotherwisespecified.Wheresystemoutletsarenotused,theaboveappliesatthesubscriber'sendofthesubscriber'sfeeder.Alsotherequirementswhichareobtainedbetweentheinput(s)totheheadendorheadendsandanyhomenetworkinterface(HNI)aregiven.NOTE1Methodsofmeasurementdescribedinthisstandardareconsideredasbasic.However,anyequivalentmethodthatensuresatleastthesameaccuracymaybeused.NOTE2Ifthesystemoperatorwishestosubdividethesystemintoanumberofpartsorwishestousedifferenttransmissionmedia(forexample,coaxialcabling,balancedcabling.opticalcabling),theaccumulationofaegraaationsshouldnotexceedthefIguresgiveninthisstandard.NOTE3SystemperformancerequirementsofreturnpathsaswellasspecificmethodsofmeasurementfortheuseofthereturnpathsincablenetworksaredescribedinIEC60728—10.Clause5definesthesystemperformancelimitswhichwill,withanunimpairedinput,(headendinputsignal),producepictureandsoundsignals(atsystemoutlets)wheretheimpairmenttoanysingleparameterwiIIbenotworse.innormaIoperatingconditionsforanyanaloguechanneI,thanGradefouronthefive—gradeimpairmentscalecontainedinITU-BT500-10.Fordigitallymodulatedsignals.thequalityrequirementisaquasi-error-free(QEF)reception.AppropriateperformancerequirementsforthesignalsatthereceivingantennassitearegiyeninClause6inordertoprovideattheinputoftheheadendofthecablenetworkbothanalogueanddigitaltelevisionsignalswithsuitablequality.一Clause7isapplicabletohomenetworks(includingthoseofindividualreceivingsystems)usingcoaxialcables,balancedcablesoropticalcablesandprimarilyintendedfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservices,operatingbetweenabout30MHzand3000MHz.Thisclause,consideringthebasicoperationalcharacteristicsofahomenetwork,specifiestherequirementswhichshallbeobtainedatthehomenetworkinterface(HNI)takingintoaccounttheperformancerequirementsgivenatthesystemoutletorattheterminalinput.
