【摘要】:Thispracticecoversproceduresforestablishingandmaintainingaqualitysystemfornondestructivetestingagencies.Controllingthequalityofservicerenderedisacontinuingprocess.Thispracticeprovidesguidelinesforestablishingaqualitymanagementsystemthatprovidesfor:calibration,standardization,referencesamples,examinationplans,andprocedures.Thebasicrequirementsforaqualitymanagementsystemencompassthefollowingareas,allofwhichshallbedocumented.Qualitypolicystatement,planning,andadministration,Organization,Humanresources,Physicalresources,andQualitymanagement.1.1Thispracticecoversgeneralrequirementsfortheestablishmentandmaintenanceofaqualitymanagementsystemforagenciesengagedinnondestructivetesting(NDT).1.2ThispracticeutilizescriteriacontainedinPracticeE543.1.3ThispracticeutilizescriteriacontainedinAmericanNationalStandardANSI/ISO/ASQQ9001x2013;2000,Qualitymanagementsystemsx2014;Requirements.1.4Thispracticerecognizestheimportanceofestablishingminimumsafetycriteria.1.5TheuseofSIorinch-poundunits,orcombinationsthereof,willbetheresponsibilityofthetechnicalcommitteewhosestandardsarereferredtointhisstandard.1.6Thispracticedoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispracticetoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
