【摘要】:ISO10441-2007specifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesinspecial-purposeapplicationsinthepetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasindustries.Suchapplicationsaretypicallyinlargeand/orhighspeedmachines,inservicesthatcanberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,areoftenunsparedandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation.Byagreement,itcanbeusedforotherapplicationsorservices.CouplingscoveredbyISO10441-2007aredesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingunacceptablemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines.Itisapplicabletogear,metallicflexibleelement,quillshaftandtorsionallyresilienttypecouplings.ISO10441-2007coversthedesign,materialsofconstruction,manufacturingquality,inspectionandtestingofspecial-purposecouplings.ISO10441-2007doesnotdefinecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.ISO10441-2007isnotapplicabletoothertypesofcouplings,suchasclutch,hydraulic,eddy-current,rigid,radialspline,chainandbellowstypes.
