【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,manufacture,installation,commissioning,testing,maintenanceanddismantlingofnewpermanentlyinstalledelectricallypoweredverticalliftingplatformswiththefollowingcharacteristics:?travellingverticallybetweenpredefinedlevelsalongaguidedpathwheretheinclinationtotheverticaldoesnotexceed15°;?supportedorsustainedbywireropes,chains,rackandpinion,hydrauliccylinder(directorindirect),screwandnutorscissorsmechanisms;?havingnon-enclosedorpartiallyenclosedliftways;?havingnon-enclosedorpartiallyenclosedcarriers;?havingaratedspeedthatisnotgreaterthan0.15m/s;?havingatraveldistancethatisnotgreaterthan3.0m;?sizedforusewithtypeAortypeBwheelchairsconformingtoBSEN12183and/orBSEN12184.Itisapplicabletoliftingplatformsthatareintendedprimarilyforthetransportofpersonswithimpairedmobility,withorwithoutawheelchair.NOTE1Theliftingplatformsspecifiedinthisstandardcanbeusedindomesticornon-domesticpremises,andcanbeinstalledindoorsoroutdoors.Theirinstallationinsomepremisesmightnotbepracticable.NOTE2AlthoughthisBritishStandardisapplicabletonewliftingplatforms,itcanalsobeusedasguidancefortherefurbishmentandre-installationofexistingliftingplatforms.
