【摘要】:ThispartofIEC383appliestoinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassforuseona.c.overheadpowerlinesandoverheadtractionlineswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.Italsoappliestoinsulatorsforuseond.c.overheadelectrictractionlines.Thispartappliestostringinsulatorunits,rigidoverheadlineinsulatorsandtoinsulatorsofsimilardesignwhenusedinsubstations.ItdoesnotapplytoinsulatorsformingpartsofelectricalapparatusortopartsusedintheirconstructionortopostinsulatorswhicharecoveredbyIEC168:Testsonindoorandoutdoorpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassforsystemswithnominalvoltagesgreaterthan1000V.Itmayberegardedasaprovisionalstandardforinsulatorsforuseond.c.overheadpowerlines.IEC438:Testsanddimensionsforhigh-voltaged.c.insulators,givesgeneralguidanceforthoseinsulators.NOTEAninternationalstandarddealingwithtestsoninsulatorsford.c.overheadlinesisinpreparationandisintendedtoreplacetherelevantclausesofIEC438.Testsoninsulatorstringsandinsulatorsets(forexample,wetswitchingimpulsevoltage)aredealtwithinpart2ofIEC383.NOTE1Thispartdoesnotincludeartificialpollutiontests,radio-interferencetestsorresidualstrengthtests.ThesesubjectsandrelevanttestmethodsaredealtwithinthefollowingIECreports:IEC437:Radiointerferencetestonhigh-voltageinsulatorsIEC507:Artificialpollutiontestsonhigh-voltageinsulatorstobeusedona.c.systemsIEC797:Residualstrengthofstringinsulatorunitsofglassorceramicmaterialforoverheadlinesaftermechanicaldamageofthedielectric.NOTE2Theterm"ceramicmaterial"isusedinthisparttorefertoporcelainmaterialsand,contrarytoNorthAmericanpractice,doesnotincludeglasses.Theobjectofthispartis:—todefinethetermsused;—todefineinsulatorcharacteristicsandtoprescribetheconditionsunderwhichthespecifiedvaluesofthesecharacteristicsshallbeverified;—toprescribetestmethods;—toprescribeacceptancecriteria.Thispartdoesnotincluderequirementsdealingwiththechoiceofinsulatorsforspecificoperatingconditions.NOTEAguideforthechoiceofinsulatorsunderpollutedconditionshasbeenpublished,seeIEC815.NumericalvaluesforinsulatorcharacteristicsarespecifiedinIEC305,IEC433andIEC720.
